FAQ

Everything you need to know about Pachinko.

General

What is Pachinko?

A blockchain gaming platform built on Solana featuring two games:

  • Blockpad - 5×5 tile betting (60-second rounds)
  • Lotto - Pachinko Lottery (4-hour rounds, multi-token support)

Both games use ORAO VRF for truly fair and verifiable randomness.

Why should I trust this platform?
  • All outcomes use ORAO VRF (verifiable on-chain)
  • No hidden algorithms - anyone can verify results
  • Funds held in PDAs (program-controlled accounts)
  • All transactions transparent on Solana
What blockchain is this built on?

Solana. Chosen for speed (~400ms finality), low fees (~$0.00025), and real-time gaming capability.

Do I need crypto experience?

Basic knowledge helps. You need:

  • Solana wallet (Phantom recommended)
  • SOL for deposits + transaction fees
  • ~5 minutes to set up

Can I bet on multiple tiles?

Yes! Bet on as many tiles as you want to spread risk.

Can I change my bet?

No. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Make sure you're happy with your selection before confirming.

What's the platform fee?

10% from the pool per round. Split:

  • 3% → Treasury (includes referral rewards)
  • 30% → PACHI Prize Pool
  • 20% → Megablock Jackpot
What's the Megablock?

Unified Wallet

What's the Unified Wallet?

Single balance system for all games. Deposit once → play Blockpad and Lotto from the same balance.

Are my funds safe?

Yes. Funds are held in PDAs (Program Derived Addresses) controlled by smart contracts. Only you can withdraw.

Can I withdraw anytime?

Yes! No lock-ups, no delays. Withdraw your full balance whenever you want.

Where do winnings go?

Automatically credited to your Unified Wallet or can be claimed from the Dashboard.

Security & Fairness

Are the games fair?

Yes. All outcomes use ORAO VRF (Verifiable Random Function):

  • Cryptographic randomness
  • Seeds published on-chain
  • Anyone can verify results
Can the team manipulate results?

No. VRF seeds are generated by ORAO oracles and published before we see them. We cannot predict or change outcomes.

How do I verify a round?
  1. Find VRF transaction on Solscan
  2. Extract the seed
  3. Calculate: seed mod 25 (Blockpad) or run Fisher-Yates (Pachinko)
  4. Confirm it matches the winner
Are smart contracts audited?

Security review pending. All contracts verified on Solana explorers.

What if ORAO goes down?

Rounds cannot finalize without VRF response. Games would pause until ORAO is available.

Where are my funds stored?

In Program Derived Addresses (PDAs) controlled by the smart contracts. Only you can withdraw your balance.

Points & Referrals

Do points ever expire?

No. Points are permanent and never decrease. Your lifetime total always accumulates.

Can I lose my referral tier?

No. Once unlocked, tiers are permanent. Even if you stop playing, your tier remains.

How is USD conversion calculated for points?

SOL/USD price is fetched at runtime from reliable price feeds. This ensures fair point calculation regardless of market conditions.

Do winning bets earn more points than losing bets?

No. Points are based purely on bet volume, not outcomes. Every bet earns points regardless of whether you win or lose.

Can I transfer points?

No. Points are tied to your wallet address and cannot be transferred.

How do I unlock higher referral tiers?

Play games on Pachinko to earn points. 1 Point ≈ 0.1 SOL in betting volume. Reach the point thresholds to unlock each tier.

What tokens do I receive as referral rewards?

You receive rewards in the same token your referral used. SOL games pay SOL, USDC games pay USDC, etc.

When are referral rewards distributed?

Rewards are distributed automatically at the end of each game round and credited to your Unified Wallet.

Do referrals lose anything?

No. Referral rewards come from the Treasury portion of the Platform Fee, not from your referrals' winnings.

Is there a referral limit?

No limit on referrals. The more active referrals you have, the more you earn.

PACHI Token

What is PACHI?

Utility token for Pachinko:

  • Prize pool rewards (30% of Blockpad fees)
  • Megablock jackpot currency
  • Future: Staking, governance, discounts
How do I earn PACHI?
  • Win Blockpad rounds → receive PACHI from prize pool
  • Win the Megablock jackpot → receive entire accumulated pool
Is PACHI required to play?

No. Games use SOL (and other tokens for Pachinko). PACHI is earned as bonus rewards.

Where can I buy PACHI?

DEX trading will be available once the token is listed. Initial liquidity will be on Raydium with the PACHI/SOL pair. Check official announcements for launch date.

What's the total PACHI supply?

Total supply will be announced prior to launch. The supply is fixed with no inflationary mechanisms.

Is there a token burn?

No burn mechanism is currently implemented. Future burns may be proposed through governance.

How is the Megablock funded?

2% of each Blockpad round's platform fee accumulates in the Megablock pool. When triggered (1/625 chance), one lucky player wins the entire accumulated pool.

When does staking launch?

Staking is planned for a future update. Stakers will earn a share of the 2% staking allocation from Blockpad fees.

Is PACHI a governance token?

Governance features are planned for the future. PACHI holders will be able to vote on platform proposals and treasury decisions.

  • Network congestion - Try again with higher priority fee
  • Slippage - Increase slippage for token swaps

  • Unlock wallet first
  • Refresh page
  • Check you're on Solana Mainnet
  • Try different browser
  • Clear cache
Winnings not showing
  • Wait for transaction confirmation (~1-2 seconds)
  • Refresh dashboard
